Photo Sales Terms & Conditions
By purchasing images through this gallery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Image Selection
Images available in this gallery are individually selected and edited at the photographer’s professional discretion.
The photographer is not obligated to deliver every image captured during the session.
2. Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be completed in full before final high-resolution images are delivered.
3. Delivery
Purchased digital images will be delivered via download link within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
No printed products are included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. License & Usage
Purchased images are licensed for personal social media use only.
This includes:
- personal websites
- personal promotional posts
Commercial, advertising, brand partnerships, competition promotion, media publication, or any business-related use requires a separate professional license.
Please contact us directly for commercial licensing enquiries.
5. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of Maria Poleshchuk.
Images may not be:
- edited or altered without permission
- filtered beyond standard platform adjustments
- resold, sublicensed or transferred to third parties
6. Credit
When sharing images on social media, please credit:

7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are available once files have been delivered.
8. File Retention
Image files are retained for 60 days after delivery.
After this period, files may be permanently deleted without notice.
