School Photo Sales Terms & Conditions

Welcome! By placing an order for school photos through this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Packages

• We offer individual portraits, class photos, and collages in printed and/or digital formats as described on the website.
• Package contents are fixed and cannot be changed after purchase.

2. Payment

• All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

3. Ordering

• Orders must be placed within the designated photo days at school or online.
• No preview of photos will be provided before purchase.
• Late orders cannot be accepted.

4. Delivery

• Digital photos will be sent by email or can be dounloaded from personal galary within 30 days after the photo session.
• Printed photos and collages will be delivered to the school for distribution.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final.
• Refunds or cancellations are not available once the order is placed.

6. Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for lost or damaged printed copies once delivered to the school.
